I did not log in to the system by the deadline in the cover letter, what should I do? / I do not remember the password, how can I get for a new one?

It is simple. If you have a company e-mail, you are easily able to reset your password by yourself.

Press ‘‘Question mark‘‘ next to password on your homepage. The system will transfer you to another page, where you will be asked to insert your e-mail address (you can find it in your cover letter). After that, you will receive link for password reset to your e-mail address.

In case you do not have company account, please contact us through inquiry form on this website or through ticket system JIRA. We will prepare a new password for you. You can pick it up at your HR department or we will send it to you electronically.

Currently It is possible to edit personal information such as: status, name, insurance company, address (permanent and temporary), e-mails, home office address, telephone and other contact details and family members. 

Now we have ready modules such as: employee rewarding, e-learning courses, recruitment, performance and goals management and newly electronic signatures.

We are planning modules such as succession & planning or onboarding.

You can find your payslip on your profile in myFOX. You will find more instructions here or in ,,Guides'' section in myfoxconn.cz.

The login details for our funky system are sent to you by letter. Existing employees received this information from their assistants. New employees will receive it from recruitment administration during their onboarding. The system may prompt you to enter the so-called companyID, which is also listed in the letter. You can also find details for how to login on the information card that is included in the letter.

The password validity for first login is 3 weeks.

It does. You will receive new information login in entrance training or at HR department.
